I have called AA twice for assistance. Once for the manual which they readily provided and once for repair work.
They are prompt, courteous and professional.
The completed the repair work quickly and went above and beyond by resetting the lower limits that I thought I would continue fighting with.

They are very poor with support if issues occur after installation. They were just not accountable, nor did they take the time to come to our house to investigate. They just made blind assumptions and stuck to them and we were stuck with all repair costs.

We have been dealing with Artistic Awning for the past 12 years and could not be happier with their service and our new retractable electric screens (with remotes) that enclose 3 of our deck areas as an outdoor extension of our home.

On May 13/24 I place and order for an awning to be installed on my house. At that time I also paid my 50% deposit. The owner of the company indicated it would take about 2 weeks as they manufactured this model at their Summerland factory. Two weeks came and went. Over the next few weeks I followed up with 3 or 4 phone calls inquiring what was happening and if there was a problem. Each time the lady that answered the phone promised to get right back to me. I never heard from her again. Finally on week 5 I indicated unless I received some answers on what was going on I was going to cancel the order. She called back and told me they would be installing the awning the following Thursday. The crew showed up and stared the installation. Almost from the start I realized this crew did not have that much experience and were having problems. For example they would measure, drill a couple hole and then find out they had measured wrong leaving drilled holes on the side of my house. Once they finally finished and left I found it was hard to roll the awning up and down. The next day I went down to the office and explained the problems I was having. The lady told me they would have a service man out by the end of the week. No one showed up nor did anyone call. A full month went by before anyone showed up. When the service man finally showed up he told me the support arms were installed upside down and the right one was 2 inches off center. He reinstalled everything the right way and now the awning works fine. The only problem is I have some more drill on the side of my house from the awning being installed wrong the first time. The service man indicated he would let the office know what had happened to see what they may do for me. I have not heard a word from them since and probably won't.

We couldn’t be happier with our awning and the quality of the installation! The product is of excellent quality and it looks as though it was part of the original build! The icing on the cake was having it installed 4 weeks after we ordered it!! Highly recommend Artistic Awning in Kelowna!

We are extremely happy with the level of service and the very high quality of their products. We recently had 2 large retractable screens professionally installed by Artistic Awning on our sundeck and to say we are pleased is an understatement. In addition to the practicality of the screens they look really really good! They were designed to match the colour and decor of our deck. I highly recommend them if you want a high end screen or awning professionally installed. They do exactly what they say they will do! Plus they are a local company!

In December 2020 we had retractable screens installed in our condo and at the time of installation the three boys who did the install were friendly, very polite and very very careful with our home. We have antique (over 100 year old) furniture and they were very understanding of the situation. Also as this is a condo it was quite a bit more difficult to get all the rails and blinds into our unit but never did we ever hear any complaining only happy faces. With regards to Mike he was very informative and patient with all of our questions and concerns. The actual install took most of the day but that is okay. It was a huge job. We are so happy with our patio now that we have the added protection of our outdoor furniture. Although the blinds are very expensive they are worth the price as we see, going forward, many years of enjoyment. Highly recommend. Employees can be an asset to your firm or not but the three guys who did the install are keepers for your firm Make sure that they know how important they are. Kim is such an outgoing friendly, welcome smile on the phone as well. There are others I am missing but all in all a great experience.
